    The Liver Lounge offers all staff in the building a range of coffees, sandwiches, pannini’s and cold drinks. The Liver Lounge also offers Wi-Fi and a comfortable break out area to enjoy lunch in a relaxing atmosphere. For those wishing a quiet meeting area, Bartels offers comfortable seating and tables to have informal discussions.

    Royal Liver Building offers occupiers 24 hour security 7 days a week. From the security lodge 12 CCTV cameras are monitored which strategically protect the external perimeter as well as internal access points. Regular patrols and a friendly smile provide a comforting feel to this iconic building.

    Visitors car parking is available by way of metered parking on Water Street. Alternatively there is a pay on foot car park New Quay, Old Hall Street. Contract car parking is available at Mann Island and New Quay. Royal Liver Building offer spaces via licence to occupiers, by way of an annual licence fee and subject to availability.
